In May 2017 Bob Simington and Jim Kiser returned to Vietnam. Their original intention was to revisit the sites that had been occupied by 1st Guns during its 4-year tour in Vietnam. They gave up this quest after several attempts with varying degrees of success and decided to simply “play tourist” for the remainder of their trip.
